Ten Minutes for Me is a daily wellness subscription offering guided video sessions that help you reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and feel more grounded—without overwhelm.
Led by a licensed therapist, each session follows the same calming format with fresh content every weekday. It’s structured enough to feel safe, flexible enough to fit into real life, and supportive enough to make a difference.
Why it works?
Evidence Based Benefits
Studies show that even brief daily mindfulness and gratitude practices—just 5 to 10 minutes—are clinically linked to improved emotional regulation, reduced stress, better cognitive function, and enhanced sleep quality, duration, and efficiency (Jang et al., 2023).
Just Ten Minutes a Day
No pressure, no prep—just one small, supportive practice to anchor your day.
Consistent, Gentle Structure
Every video follows the same mindful flow, creating a sense of familiarity and emotional stability.
Therapist-Guided
Led by a licensed therapist, each session is grounded in experience and care—not trends or quick fixes.
Real Results
Over time, you’ll notice increased emotional awareness, steadier moods, and a greater sense of calm and clarity.
Meet Saba
Saba Omidvar Founder and Session Leader
My name is Saba, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. After having my second child, life became overwhelming in a way I hadn’t experienced before. The to-do list felt endless, and even though I was constantly in motion, I rarely felt a sense of accomplishment. One of the only things that helped was having a consistent, grounding ritual that gave shape to my days — something familiar, predictable, and calming.
That experience planted the seed for what I’ve built now: a space rooted in mental wellness, mindfulness, and gentle structure. Drawing on my years of experience leading psychotherapy and psychoeducational groups, I’ve created short, impactful daily practices that help people move through stress with more clarity and calm. These offerings are designed to meet people exactly where they are with tools that are clinically informed, easy to access, and emotionally supportive.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family (including our beloved pug!) and exploring parks, restaurants, and open spaces around the Bay Area, where I’m based.
